Pastor Quinn C Rodgers is a dynamic speaker who is a native of Charlotte, NC. Under the leadership of Bishop Claude R. Alexander, Jr. he received his ministerial license at University Park Baptist Church. Prior to serving as Lead Pastor of Chapel Hill Baptist Church, Pastor Rodgers served as Associate Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church Charlotte where Dr. Leonzo Lynch is Pastor.
Pastor Rodgers completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Philosophy with a minor in Sociology. He also completed his matriculation at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary where he received a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership. Rev Rodgers is excited to announce that he will initiate his Doctoral Studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in June 2013.
Understanding the value of missions, Pastor Rodgers has served as the youth coordinator of the first annual City-Wide Crusade in Charlotte, NC. Pastor Rodgers also served as Co-founder and Director of the Sugar Creek 21st Century Learning Center, an afterschool tutorial program designed to facilitate inner city youth reach their potential through educational tutoring. Currently Pastor Rodgers served as Director of Community Outreach for the Prodigal Son Foundation, a Non-Profit Organization focused on Community Development. Pastor Rodgers has presented at the General Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, General Baptist State Convention of North Carolina Congress of Christian Education, and the Lott Carey International Foreign Missions Convention.
Aside from preaching the word of God, Pastor Rodgers enjoys spending time with his wife Falen, their daughter Kamaya and going to the movies.
